Ah, another Christmas and new years is behind us. I did get socks but I actually wanted them. I’ve been helping a friend fix an Audi RS6 and it has been a VERY messy job. I toyed with burning some of the clothes I was wearing while working on the Audi rather than washing them.
Been busy doing outdoor things as we finally had some nice weather. But even clear blue skies is not enough to make solar power solve our problems!
There are times when the saying ‘if you want a job doing right, do it yourself’. However when idiots like Hotpoint make washing machines with bonded drum tanks you have to put your faith in the ‘engineer’ to fix the problem.
The final step. to make a charger for my new battery packs.
Right, got 2 dead batteries, lots of space inside the old pack, what to do next?
I love cordless drills! I hate cordless drill batteries…. They never seemed to hold a good charge and always died at the wrong time. But since buying myself a Milwaukee kit containing a combi drill with an 18V Lithium Ion pack that has become a distant memory. Except for my cordless SDS drill.
Why oh why can’t you get powerful LEDs in nice colour temperatures?
Long overdue post. Lots of things getting in the way like work…
Dilemma time! Not exactly an earth shattering issue but my CNC control PC has died and I need to work out what to do next…
